Description
The grape verdejo is perfected in Castilla León, but only in la SECA (inside the DO Rueda) we can find the old fine vines and the type of soil to create this outstanding white wine. Using only autoctonous yeast on the elaboration, these are the key to long maceration and ease of aging that will conform to the body of our Gordo del Circo. Maximum expression of this land of fire and ice, as per the character of the local people.
