Description
A young white DO Terra Alta wine made using grapes sourced from old vines. There is a touch of aging “sur lies” (yeasts) which add flavor and creaminess. This wine is suitable for a wide range of palates, with white flower aromas such as orange blossom or springtime flowers like freesia. It also offers white fruits such as pear. There is also a dash of citric fruit and Mediterranean forest herbs. Very fresh and agreeable. Aging 3-4 months aged “sur lies” in stainless steel tanks.
