‘Picual’ variety Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil Picual is the most widespread variety in Spain, providing an oil with a high content of oleic acid, very rich in flavors, and with a fruity body of green olive with a light bitterness and pungency. Claramunt olives are picked from the tree at exactly the right time of season using mechanical means, and oil is extracted by traditional pressing. The exact production process results in a true Spanish extra virgin olive oil.
