Description
This venison pate is a soft emulsion of venison liver and meat. It is joined by our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and traditional Sherry Pedro Ximenez, an excellent way of adding its smooth and fruity aroma. We recommend serving the pate slightly cold, to emphasize its taste at its best.
