Description
A limited production, white DO Terra Alta wine. Made from grapes sourced from old wines White Grenache and Macabeu, aged in French oak barrels. This wine could be defined as the essence of White Grenache, embellished with some Macabeu. It is a wine that is ever-evolving. This means that it will keep changing its olfactory aspects as well as on the palate. It offers us white flowers, white and stone fruits, developing towards peach, quince, with citric notes… fresh and creamy. Aging 80% of the wine ferments and ages in French oak barrels for 6 months
