Dried pear, spice, smoke, anise and brioche open up gradually in the glass , but it really is the radiance of the 2012 base vintage that comes through loud and clear. Today, the Brut Réserve is flat out delicious. Disgorged October 2014. Dosage is 7 grams / liter.
