Our Extrem Puro Extremadura Cured Ham is made exclusively from pure-bred Iberico pigs reared in our meadows, where they have over 2 hectares of cork oak orchards to feed in freedom, in the heart of the Extremadura Dehesa, where we ensure they only feed on acorns and natural pasture land. After the elaboration process, the finest pieces are transferred to our thick-walled stone curing cellars in Herreruela, where they are naturally cured for a minimum of 36 months. Our Iberico Cured Ham is characterized by its maximum quality always, and therefore, when our master ham slicers cut this ham by hand, delicately but with passion, they ensure that all its properties and exquisite flavor are preserved intact.
