We elaborate our sea pates with our best extra virgin olive oil. Ideal as an appetizer, on toasted bread, crackers, slathered with mayonnaise, with vegetables or anchovies… Cooking, as an ingredient in lettuce or endive salads, or as an enhancer for rice, pasta and fish, filling for pasta, dumplings… It is excellent for dressing baked or grilled fish.
