Like fine perfume, with just a few drops provides extra shades to any sauce. Pedro Ximenez Sherry Vinegar it is made with Pedro Ximenez sweet grape, sun exposed to obtain raisins, and enhancing its sweetness. The vinegar is then aged in oak barrels, six months minimum, following traditional methods. Acidity 7º
