Description
Bollinger’s Vielles Vignes Francaises is produced using grapes from three small parcels of Grand Cru vineyards that escaped phylloxera, which destroyed much of Champagne’s vineyards in the late 19th Century. This contemporary Champagne complex is 100% Pinot Noir, full bodied, with an amazing core of strawberry and yeast aromas. It has fantastic aging potential and will last comfortably for decades.
