Description
After a selection of our ungrafted Monastrell grapes, the wine spends 15 months in American oak 90% and 10% of French oak. It is characterized by intense, jammy fruit and smooth, toasted aromas with a meaty, structured body and an inviting and persistent back palate which indicates a wine with a good life ahead of it. Limited production of 2,050 bottles. Recommendations Best enjoyed between 15º / 16º C. Strongly recommended for desserts.
