Description
In our organically cultivated vineyards we have 40 year old Monastrell and 20 year old Syrah grapevines. The best grapes are carefully selected and vinified separately. When the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels for six months. Velvety and seductive, the wine has good fruit intensity with clean notes of well-integrated wood and an acidity that gives it freshness. Clean, intense and tasty.
