This high quality raw material is obtained from fine animals ranging in freedom over 2 hectares of holm oak woods in the heart of the Extremaduran Dehesa, where they feed in freedom exclusively on acorns and natural pasture. To always obtain the highest quality in our Extrem Puro Extremadura Chorizo Ibérico, we painstakingly prepare a pure mixture of lean meats, ideal Mediterranean spices and ground paprika (DO Pimentón de la Vera), and after being cured to perfection for 3 to 4 months in our natural drying stores, an intense-flavored Chorizo is obtained, ideal for the most demanding of palates. Our Iberian Chorizo sausage stands out for its dark-red, orangey color with marbling,a persistent and penetrating aroma, a succulent, unctuous texture mixing on the palate with a well-rounded taste with a touch of paprika.
