Description
Dominio de Pingus in Ribera del Duero was established in 1995 by Peter Sisseck, and cult wine ‘Pingus’ is extremely sought-after owing to the tiny production of fewer than 500 cases. There are three separate plots, each containing very old Tinto Fino / Tempranillo vines. These terroir-driven wines are raised in 100% new French oak and yields range from 20 to an incredibly low 9 hl / ha. There is a second wine called Flor de Pingus, along with new wine: ‘Psi’.
